Warton Nethersole’s CofE Primary school is passionate about being accessible and inclusive to all. Our Christian vision “Be Courageous. Be Strong. Do everything in love.” (1 Corinthians 16) emboldens us to welcome everyone here at our school. The only limitation to being a pupil here is if we are oversubscribed; being open to all children is something that we are really proud of. You can read more about admissions in our policy below and can apply for a space using the link to Warwickshire Council, who process our admissions and manage the appeals process. Before applying we really encourage that you call to speak to our Head Teacher, Miss Friend, who will willingly answer all of your questions and give you a little bit of insight into our wonderful community. Welcome to Warton!
If the school is over subscribed, the following children will be given priority:
1. Looked after children.
2. Children living within the priority area of the school who have a brother or sister at the school at the time of admission.
3. Other children living in the priority area of the school.
4. Children living outside the priority area of the school who have a brother or sister at the school at the time of admission.
5. Other children living outside the priority area of the school.
Appeals: Parents who wish to appeal against a decision of the Governors to refuse their child a place in the school may apply in writing to the Chair of the Local Academy Board via the school office. Appeals will be heard by an independent Panel.
