Criteria

Warton Nethersole’s C of E Primary School is different from neighbouring Local Authority schools because it maintains strong links with the Diocese and as such has a distinctive Christian ethos. We provide for children of Christian parents seeking a Christian education and welcome parents of other faiths or of no particular faith.

If the school is over subscribed, the following children will be given priority:

1. Looked after children.
2. Children living within the priority area of the school who have a brother or sister at the school at the time of admission.
3. Other children living in the priority area of the school.
4. Children living outside the priority area of the school who have a brother or sister at the school at the time of admission.
5. Other children living outside the priority area of the school.
